Through yoga therapy and Ayurveda, I help women who are overrun and burnt out from their beautiful lives.

In Ayurveda, stress in the body may first be indicated through a Vata imbalance.  This imbalance can be expressed in such ways as anxiety, dryness, trouble sleeping, digestive issues, hard to relax or not feeling ‘grounded’.  Managing stress, is key to our body’s healthy eco-system and key to feeling that internal resting place.

Ayurveda Coaching Sessions: 1.5 hour Session

These sessions will be guided by your goals, wants and desires. Modalities used in these sessions include:

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Recommendations & “The Daily Routine”
Ayurvedic Nutrition, Satvick Diet, Seasonal & Dosha Friendly Recipes, plus a complimentary FOLK Body Oil

These sessions will be guided by your goals, wants and desires to personalize your yoga therapy and meditation, followed by a deeply relaxing Shirodhara treatment. Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment that involves pouring warm oil over the forehead to have a profound impact on the nervous system.
